Supplements: Unopened supplements may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Opened supplements may be returned for a full refund if you’ve used less than 20% of it. This lets you try our products risk-free, but prevents misuse.

Merch: You may return any merch (apparel) within 30 days for a full refund. Items must be: unwon, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and stickers still attached. If you need a different size, we do not offer direct exchanges, but you can return the item and reorder the correct size.

Missing/defective/damaged items: If you are missing an item, or the item that you receive is damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of shipment. Once we verify the legitimacy of the claim, we will send out a free replacement. (All orders are documented and tracked internally, prior to shipping, to avoid any fraudulent claims).

Cancellations: If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been filled. If the order you want to cancel has been filled, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Refunds/store credits are processed within 5-7 days of receiving the product.

Customers cover return shipping costs, (except for defective/damaged items.)

Limit of one opened product return per customer to prevent abuse.

Free promotional items must also be returned.

Chargebacks will not be taken lightly, and will subject the customer to being put on the no-sell list.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, at any time, for any reason. If your order is canceled, you will be notified promptly, and any payments made will be fully refunded.
